Anne has specialized in new construction sales since 2004, providing leadership and sales support to developer clients of various townhome and condo projects in the metro area. With extensive experience, she demonstrates invaluable leadership and industry knowledge while overseeing a project from its conception to completion. Anne has led the developer services division for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty since 2009 and has successfully managed more than $3 billion in residential listings. Her project experience includes the successful sell outs of the Sovereign, The Aberdeen, Seventh Midtown and Avalon, and she currently is handling the sales campaign for two new premier luxury condo developments in Buckhead, The Charles and The Sutton.


Anne's on-site sales and management skills were fine-tuned from her experience as Vice President of Novare Realty, the exclusive listing company of Novare Group's condominium developments. While at Novare Realty, Anne led the sales program for all Novare Group's Atlanta developments and managed a team of 20 sales agents who averaged over $200 million in annual sales.


Anne was recognized as a Top 20 Producer by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in 2006 and 2007 with more than $20 million in sales. In December 2007, she was named Agent of the Month by Broker/Agent Magazine and one of Communities Magazine Top 100 Agents. Anne earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt and a master’s degree from Emory University and Georgia State University.

Scott Payne has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry. Prior to aligning with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, Scott served as the vice president of new home sales at his previous brokerage, national vice president of sales operations for a Fortune 500 builder and Charlotte division president for a major regional builder. His well rounded experience in homebuilding spans beyond sales into operations and land acquisition.


Scott has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities that increase revenue, profitability and market share. As a highly effective communicator with excellent relationship building and leadership skills, even the most discerning clients recognize Scott’s invaluable business acumen. His mission is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and custom-designed marketing solutions through a specialized customer-based approach. By combining his experience with the unmatched global reputation and recognition of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand, Scott looks forward to positioning the Developer Services division at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty as the premier source for new home sales and marketing in the Metro Atlanta area.


Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina.




Ansley Thompson

Ansley Thompson

Director of Marketing, Developer Services

Ansley has 10 years’ experience in new construction residential real estate, with a particular expertise in Atlanta’s super-luxury condo market. Prior to joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, Ansley was an independent marketing consultant whose past clients include The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, owned by iStar Financial, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta, Buckhead, developed by Post Properties, the St. Regis Residences and The Aberdeen in Vinings.


From 2011-2013, Ansley worked with Post Properties to oversee and execute marketing efforts at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta, Buckhead, resulting in over $96 million in sales in a two-year period. In late 2013, she assumed responsibility for marketing and advertising efforts for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta in January 2014, successfully repositioning the project, spurring $40 million in sales in eighteen months.


Since joining AFHSIR as the marketing director of Developer Services, she works closely with all the division’s developer and investor clients to create and execute marketing plans specifically tailored to each project’s needs. Ansley oversees every aspect of the project’s branding, message development and creation of all sales tools including project website and collateral, and implements all awareness initiatives including print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, events and agent outreach. As the marketing director for Developer Services, she has led branding and marketing efforts for The Sutton Buckhead, 1065 Midtown, Emerson Buckhead, Chastain East, the Atlantic, Hickory Lakeside, The Gardens at Arbor Springs and The Oaks on Woodlawn.


Ansley grew up in real estate, with a father, brother, sister and now husband who all work in the field in Atlanta. Ansley holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in business from Auburn University.




Ashley Slater

Ashley Slater

Marketing Coordinator, Developer Services

Specializing in new construction marketing strategy, Ashley plans and executes marketing efforts for the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty Developer Services Division. Working closely with the on-site sales teams, project developers and internal marketing teams, she maximizes awareness and sales success via digital and print advertising, event planning, and social media marketing in order to effectively communicate with prospective buyers and the agent community throughout the sales process. She also works closely with developers to maintain yearly budgets, provide market analysis, and ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.


Her past success includes marketing management of Seventh Midtown throughout pre-sale and until its sell out in 2016 and marketing efforts to launch sales at One Museum Place resulting in the project successfully reaching its pre-sale requirement and beginning construction. She is actively engaged in marketing 101 single family homes and townhomes at Avalon, currently selling at the highest price per square foot in Alpharetta for townhomes and continues to play a key role in The Charles’ sales success as the project is currently 50% sold out and reached its pre-sale requirement in just three months.


Ashley has been with the Developer Services Division since 2015 and graduated from Oglethorpe University with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in communications.




Emily Criswell

Marketing Coordinator, Developer Services

Emily is a Marketing Coordinator with the Developer Services division of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. She is involved with all marketing efforts including engaging vendors, event planning, and coordinating advertising efforts and email marketing. Emily also specializes in creating impactful and efficient websites for clients ranging from new developments to builders and interior designers.


Emily has experience in both commercial and residential real estate. She has worked as an underwriter for commercial real estate transactions as well as in office leasing brokerage. She is knowledgeable in print and digital marketing campaign creation and professional writing.


Emily holds a BBA in marketing and real estate from Baylor University.




Kim Robinson

Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Developer Services

Kim has been with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty for over a year, now working as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Developer Services.


Emily has experience in both commercial and residential real estate. She has worked as an underwriter for commercial real estate transactions as well as in office leasing brokerage. She is knowledgeable in print and digital marketing campaign creation and professional writing.


Outside of work, Kim enjoys exploring around her city and traveling to new places. She also enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.




Erica Jackson Weingart

Erica Jackson Weingart

Lead Designer, Developments; Senior Marketing Designer

Erica is a senior-level visual design and creative marketing professional with seven years of progressive experience. She specializes in graphic design, branding, marketing and advertising.


Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Erica moved to Paris, France before coming to the Atlanta area in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Marketing/Advertising and a double-minor in Studio Art and Foreign Language from Samford University. She speaks four languages: English, Italian, Spanish, and French. Erica began her career in 2011 as a marketing consultant and freelance graphic designer, assisting individuals, companies and firms with their branding and marketing collateral. She worked in marketing and promotions at The CW Atlanta/CBS Corporation prior to becoming an integral part of the marketing design team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014.


Skilled in brand development and sustainability, along with a well-trained eye for design and experience working on a wide variety of projects, Erica currently serves as the Lead Designer for Developments at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. In this role, Erica oversees and manages the branding and design of development/new construction projects in the Metro Atlanta area from inception to completion.
